Azura Beach Resort is looking for a self-motivated and experienced property retail marketing manager to find tenants and market retail and office space for a new commercial building in Masaki area of Dar es Salaam. The appropriate candidate must act as a property and leasing manager for the new building.

Responsibilities

· Manage all aspects of assigned properties

· Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs

· Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards

· Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants

· Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner

· Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants

· Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses

· Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends

· Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance

· Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

· Prepare and control the properties marketing budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency

· Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the properties reputation

· Plan and oversee property promotional events or displays

· Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements on the property

· Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts

Qualifications

· Diploma or University degree in marketing or property management or any related field

· 2 years minimum experience in any related field

· Must have strong communication skills in English and Swahili

· Excellent organizing and leadership skills

· Must have Commercial awareness
