LEGAL DEPARTMENT
Principal Legal Officer -One
position -Head Office
Required Qualifications and Experience: The holder of
this post must have Degree in Law from a recognized University with at least
three years of practical legal experience and has been registered as an
Advocate.
Reports to: Chief Legal Counsel
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• To
assist the Corporation Legal Secretary in both operational and administrative
functions.
• To provide legal opinion as may be needed by the Corporation from
time to time.
• To be responsible for ensuring that, there is proper filling
system in place for safe custody of all legal documents for quick retrieval
•
To ensure that, a system of proper filling, safe-custody and quick retrieval of
all legal documents is in place
• To carry out any other relevant duties as may
be assigned by the Chief Legal Counsel.
