The House has rejected ratifying
Economic Partnership Agreement between East African Community (EAC) and
the European Union (EU).
MPs from both ruling and opposition camp
advised the government to ignore the trade deal for it is principally
aiming at killing local industries.
The Speaker of the National Assembly, Mr Job Ndugai, said it needs some level of madness to endorse the deal.
