Sitta’s last journey starts in German today

 
THE body of the late Mr Samuel Sitta, former speaker of parliament, is expected to be transported today from German to Tanzania.
Speaker of the Parliament, Mr Job Ndugai, said today in a statement that they are planning for members of parliament to pay their last respect in Dodoma.“We are still discussing with government to see the possibility of bringing the body to the parliament enabling members to pay their final respect here,” Mr Ndugai said. 
 
Mr Sitta, 74, who was also a cabinet minister, passed away at Technical University Hospital, in Munich German on early Monday.

Some reports indicate that Mr Sitta, former MP for Urambo East constituency, will be buried at his home place on Sunday. Sitta was born in December 18, 1942 in Urambo District, Tabora.
