Sitta the people’s speaker

 

Member of Parliament for Kigoma Urban, Zitto Kabwe, said Mr Samwel Sitta was ‘the people’s speaker’ when delivering his the condolence speech at special session today.

Mr Zitto said Mr Sitta was a special speaker who made history during his life and even when he died as the MPs revoke standing orders to allow his body to be entered at debating chamber. 

 

“You made a number of achievements…but your real legacy lay within the National Assembly of Tanzania…,” Mr Zitto said.
